Vaig descobrir aquesta recepta fa poques setmanes, i ja l'he fet 4 vegades des d'aleshores.
Retireu i deixeu refredar-ho completament.
Afegiu-hi la pasta fet anteriorment i barregeu bé.
3. Afegiu la tassa i mitja de farina que us quedi, el llevat en pols i els complements que hagueu escollit (1/2 tassa de fruits secs/crocanti/coco ratllat i/o 1/2 tassa de xocolata fosa o "chips" de xocolata).
(ENGLISH)
So I discovered this recipe a couple weeks ago, and I've made them 4 times since then. But I can proudly say I've just made them only for me once, the rest of the times it has been for a "fair reason". These brownies make always an amazing treat and can be used either to satisfy people with specific food requirements -I first made them for a vegan friend's birthday, then to my little cousin who cannot eat eggs...-, or just to prepare them on the cuttest way and be the one with the healthiest, more beautiful and delicious treat in all the party. I said party because the third time I made them was for a barbacue with neighbours, where these had an amazing success ^^
Another great thing about them is that, even if they're vegan, they don't require any vegetable milk or nut butter, as so many vegan baking recipes -you know I love them, but that's very useful for those who don't always have these kind of ingredients and don't want to buy it for an only day-.
As long as I was making them over and over again, I kept changing them depending on the ingredients I had in hand. I made them twice with chocolate chips -to make them even more fudgy-, one day with crocanti, coconut...And even made them once with carob powder instead of cocoa. All of them delicious, be creative!
Ingredients:
-2 cups flour -I tried with rie, whole wheat, white flour, and half cup buckwheat...They all worked perfectly-
-1 cup water
-2 cups brown sugar
-1 pinch/teaspoon salt
-3/4 cup cocoa powder -I used organic 100% cocoa powder-
-1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil -or any vegetable oil you have-
-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
-1/2 nuts/crocanti/dried coconut (optional)
-1/2 melted chocolate/chocolate chips (optional)
Steps:
1. Cook 1 cup of water and 1/2 cup of the flour over low heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches the consistency of a gluey paste -I used 1/2 of buckwheat flour to make this paste on two of my trials and it turned out perfectly-. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
2. Mix sugar, salt, cocoa powder and vegetable oil, and then add the flour-water mixture. Mix well.
3. Add the remaining 1 1/2 cups of flour, plus the baking powder and nuts, melted chocolate, chocolate chips, crocanti, dried coconut or whatever you want to add in.
4. Spread mixture into a greased pan -I used different pans depending on where I was preparing them, but I tried all of them to be flat, and squared-.
5. Bake at 350ºF for 25 minutes, or until knife inserted into center of pan comes out clean.
6. Once it's cold, you can easialy cut them with a knife, spatule or, even better: pizza cutter!
I sayed I tried to make them on a squared pan, but I once made them one on a round one, and then I cut them into small round shapes -like in the photography ones-. The great thing about it is that, like this, you can eat the "lefting parts" because, you know, it's not good to throw food away ;)
